| Alrite, so I thought I'd give an update now that I'm in London and enough is happening with my life. my roomate is German and will work for the Zurich office. a nice guy. but i don't hang out much with him ; instead i hang out mostly with the hk/singaporean guys (surprise!). I've been to buckingham palace, Soho, Chinatown, st. james park, and Covenant Square Garden. last weekend my aunt's family came to London (they are doing a whole europe tour) and this weekend they are stopping by again. I'm hoping to go to the British Museum with them.
yup, no funny stories really (yet); life's been great and training everyday is the usual finance and accounting stuff, it gets pretty interesting and i am learning a lot and hopefully this will help me in my job! (i'm sure it will). ok class is starting i gotta go!
| Heading to London tonight at midnight and will start training with UBS on Monday. I'm REALLY psyched about it. It's gona be goooood. to all my friends in HK, I will miss you guys but hopefully I will see you guys when I get back. I will be back August 21st and I can be reached at michae.lee@alumni.upenn.edu . Write me! | | |
| Another fun night at the court today. Eugene and Derek Lee were walking by the courts and said hi to me...then Bryan Tseng came down to the courts and played with us. it is SO weird to see all these UBS intern kids coming to Hong Kong. You ever get the weird feeling when you try to imagine friends from university meet your friends from your high school back home in Hong Kong? Well that was me today, when my two worlds (penn and hk) cross paths.
those who have msn can check out my new picture; yes it is a picture of Bert from sesame street. Thanks to Dorothy (or was it Joanna, but i think it's dorothy), who told everyone I look like Bert from sesame street...
and finally, happy birthday, jasmine! it was really awesome last night. i can't believe i met jason p, carrie, jessylyn and rebecca...i have seen them once or twice over the last few years but never seriously spoke to them for about 7-8 years now...brings back tremendous cdnis memories.
| Today a bunch of LW kids went out to the park; we had a bbq, played tennis, bball, and did those awesome activities that Steve planned out. THANKS STEVE!
